This experience does not reflect the level of service we expect. Please reverse the duplicate charge as soon as possible. I would also like a manager to call me tomorrow to confirm this has been resolved. I hope this can be corrected quickly."

"No one knew how to connect me to internet. I asked for bedding for the sofa bed. I received one sheet and a blanket and pillow. Had to ask for an additional sheet incorrect charges on my bill that the desk corrected. It is nothing like the Westin in Nashville, Tennessee. It was so disappointing."

"I paid $15 for breakfast for 2 days. But to find out at the front desk it was $5 a day for breakfast. Then when I woke up it seemed like everyone and anyone was just eating breakfast for free. There was no band or ticket or any way to truly confirm that someone had paid for breakfast. And if there is a way they weren't double checking or ensuring. They ran out of food very fast. There was more people eating than the food that was provided."
