Room was clean & spacious. Shower head needs descaling or replacing as only 2/3 of the holes were patent. Shower tray very slippery, no non-slip mat provided. Tea tray was basic. Fantastic venue, sadly the smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night, resulting in being stood outside for an 1 hour and led to lack of sleep!
