There were so many fun little complimentary perks (breakfast delivered to your room, solid coffee/tea options in the lobby, daily glass of beer/wine, cold milk and warm cookies)! Also the rooms and simple clean and nice!

very nice property very well maintained, I really like the warm breakfast brought to your room in the morning, the rooms are stylish and well-appointed. The parking is somewhat inadequate, and the neighborhoods a little bit sketchy, but I really liked the place and I would definitely stay there again!

We we welcomed upon checkin with complimentary wine/ beer. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delivered to your room, you chooses what you want from a menu. The hotel was very nice and clean. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

Love the Gibson - we return again and again, when we're in town. Such a cool vibe. Staff is outstanding; hotel is chic; location is ideal if you'll be in the downtown area; walking distance to great coffee and restaurants. Can't wait for our next visit!!

This is an older downtown motel, that has been remodeled, parking is limited, I have stayed here about 12 times, the summer price is expensive and the breakfast option is not as good as it was.
