"The location is top notch, really easy to te t around. Next to the Natural History and Victoria & Albert museums, short walk to Hyde Park, and well connected to public transportation especially to/from Heathrow (picadilly line). The hotel is dated, and during my stay London was in the middle of a heat wave with temperatures ranging from 80 to 100 throughout the day. On my first night, the AC in my room was not working and the staff said that the hotel was fully booked and they would move me to a different room the next day. I had a rough night, needless to say. However, the AC in the second room was working fine! Other guests had the same issue with their rooms and they were given portable fans since there were no rooms available."
