Great Basin hotel rooms a the Wyndham Hotels

"Bell service was not accessible. We had to carry everything up ourselves. Hot tub was closed but it was never mentioned at check in or on website. We were looking forward to the hot tub after a long day of snowboarding. Pool was closed Saturday. The kids were super disappointed. No microwave or kettle to warm up water. I called the front desk, and they said to use the coffee machine. No Thanks, not a fan of using coffee machine to warm up water, I needed warm water for my baby's bottle. I had a stroller and there was no ramp to the lobby from the valet section. Pros: Room was spacious, hotel is decent. Starbucks in lobby was great. "

"Good stay. Room was large and clean however it was next to elevator shafts that were noisy. They also charged an extra $28 for checking in 20 minutes early "
