"Our stay had both positives and some significant issues.
Parking garage: only 2 of 3 elevators were working, causing long waits.
Check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful.
The biggest issue was the hotel elevators. For most of our 3-night stay, only 2 of 6 were working. On checkout day, we waited 15 minutes on the 14th floor. When I called the front desk, I was told only 1 elevator was operational. We could also hear what sounded like someone stuck in an elevator. With a flight to catch, we had no choice but to carry all our luggage down 14 flights of stairs.
Room (Petite King Suite): spacious and comfortable, with a great bed and nice jacuzzi tub.
However, two issues stood out. First, the AC wouldn’t cool below 72–74°. After multiple calls and over 1.5 hours (and my husband going to the desk), someone finally came. It was fixed, but the delay made it hard to rest.
Second, the bathroom layout is extremely tight. The toilet door opens inward with very little clearance—difficult even for someone of average-to-larger build.
Overall, while staff was kind and the room itself was nice, the elevator problems and slow maintenance response significantly impacted our stay."
