"This was by far the worst hotel experience we've had. The rooms were terrible. Run down , dirty, falling apart and not working and lamps had broken switches or just missing so not working at all. At first we got a room and the AC was not working. The room was at 80 degrees and the compressor apperstly wasn't working so the maintance staff said that it would take too long to fix the unit so just to asked to be moved. So we hauled all of our items back down to the lobby and told them about the issue. Then we got another room and it was worst. The AC unit was falling off the wall, the toilet bowl was dirty with what seem was actual dirt and permanently stained , the bathroom corners were falling apart too and even the bathtube was stained and dirty. So we then later in the day went back to the lobby and explained the issues again. They then said we could move again this time to the new tower. Which was further out of the main lobby and at that point we were just too tired and too upset at the thought of again hauling ALL of our luggage again for a third time so we just kept the horrible room. I would not recommend this hotel at all for anyone. They said they were updating it soon but still are having people stay in these horrible rooms."
