Literally no welcome or anything no little chit-chat while doing the check in or so she’s just look like AI or better yet the AI much better. Didn’t even explain the garage key or any activity like a voucher or something and that’s very unsettling. Somehow the hotel room was great!!!! "

"The spa could use improving as the jacuzzi is outside next to the pool separated by a fake vegetation panel and the noise of the pool makes it like you are sharing the jacuzzi with kids. Everything else was great"
