"The hotel itself was clean overall. However on our second day there our toilet stopped working and we asked for towels. We didn’t get either even though we called twice. We went without a working toilet in our room for over 24 hours and didn’t get any help in this regard until I called again prior to checkout when they came up and said the toilet would have to be taken apart to be fixed. It was very inconvenient. "

"Literally a glorified Motel6. Our room was filthy. Floor was not vacuumed or swept, all the bedding had weird brown stains, and the bathroom was disgusting. Unclean shower floor with rust stains leaking on the faucet and handle bars. Only one out of three employees we spoke with were pleasant. The money spent on this stay was not worth it whatsoever. Will never stay at a Comfort Inn again. Gross. "

"Overall, we had a good stay and would consider coming back. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and met our needs well. Staff and the overall experience were positive. A couple of small things kept it from being a full 5 stars. At breakfast, the waffles were a little too crispy for our taste. Also, the ice machine on our floor was out of ice, but we were able to find plenty on other floors, so it was more of a minor inconvenience than a real problem. Overall, it was a solid stay with just a few small issues. I’d still rate it 4 stars and would recommend it to others looking for a good place to stay."
