"Ich war sehr enttäuscht von meinem Aufenthalt im Hotel. Das Bad war unzureichend gereinigt, und als wir reklamierten, wurde uns vom Direktor gesagt, wir sollten froh über das fliessende Wasser sein. Nachgereinigt wurde nicht. Wir mussten den Boden im Bad selbst mit einem Tuch reinigen, das danach komplett schmutzig war. Das Bett war unbequem, da ein einfaches Holzbrett als Lattenrost diente und die Matratze extrem durchgelegen war. Insgesamt eine enttäuschende Erfahrung.

"Pool pictured is NOT onsite- it is public pool you can have access to by showing your room key.
Rooms were basic but clean and warm enough. Not enough storage and slightly awkward design.
Would have liked some basic info in room, but if you go into reception there are info sheets.
Property aimed at French guests so info mostly in French and TV only had French channels.
Still snow on Terres Grasses nursery slope near apartments in March.
