"The hotel was 5 star, clean room, wonderful breakfasts, but most of all a GREAT STAFF! Everyone was always very nice & accommodating for your every need. The lady in charge of breakfast area, Irma, was on top of cleaning serving and anticipating what you needed. She would go over and above the call of duty. Putting tables together, directing other staff that had questions. She was AMAZING!!! Also our room attendant Daisy was very good, making sure room was clean & restocked with all needs."

"The reviews for this hotel were really good, so I decided to book a night. The check in process was relatively easy. I had to use the bathroom when i we arrived, so that's the first thing I did when I got up to our room. When I walked in the bathroom I immediately saw a big black insect up in the corner near the ceiling. I was able to determine it was dead pretty quickly, because I saw no movement. Ok, I did my thing and walked out to my suite. My husband was watching tv on the bed. I sat down next to him and immediately saw a bunch of longer black hairs on the coverlet of the bed. It looked pretty disgusting. The only good thing about this hotel was the older lady at the front desk. She was very helpful when we had problems with the toilet flushing. "

"This place was gross. The blankets was stained and had many burn holes in them. It was out dated. It was the worst place I have stayed at. Bathroom door would not shut and the remote look like it was never cleaned."

"If your not a member you pay for the breakfast,room didn’t have a microwave and if you like privacy in the bathroom not possible the door are sliding no locks and see through glass but other than that staff was friendly room was so great and they do have shuttle buses if needed."
