"Acredito que o hotel tenha sido reformado recentemente e por isso alguns detalhes ainda estão sendo finalizados, como dispensers de sabonetes no banheiro, por exemplo.
Contudo, tive uma ótima experiência em geral, o café da manhã é EXCELENTE, com destaque para a funcionária Sandra que é uma simpatia.
Fui em uma viagem de negócios então não aproveitei as áreas de lazer, mas em relação aos aspectos técnicos como wi-fi, limpeza e quartos silenciosos o hotel é super adequado.

"Entrei no quarto, percebi que o piso de madeira estava todo estufado, um dia depois descobri o motivo. Choveu forte na cidade, a janela virou uma cachoeira dentro do quarto, e alí era o único lugar pra colocar a mala. Resultado, quarto inundado, roupas completamente molhadas. Nenhum funcionário pra ajudar a secar, nenhuma providência pra resolver as minhas roupas molhadas. Ainda, nenhum contato depois do ocorrido ou pedido de desculpas. O pior hotel que já estive na vida."
