Ótimo para a família.

O hotel é ótimo. Possui bastante espaço para crianças brincarem e atividades de recreação. A equipe é muito educada e solícita. Gostamos muito das refeições no restaurante do hotel também. As camas são um pouco antigas e poderiam ser melhor conservadas. No quarto dos meus pais, um dos pés estava quebrado, fazendo com que a cama ficasse "funda" no meio.

Hotel antigo em área gigantesca. Como a maioria dos ambientes assim, se fosse bem conservado, poderia proporcionar uma experiência incrível. Mas, coisa velha sem manutenção, beira ao absurdo, já que tem potencial. Mas no estado em que está, com frestas no PVC que "seria" o forro do banheiro, com água empossada por falta de um correto caimento no box que, aliás, tem cortina de plástico.

Hotel deteriorado, tudo extremamente velho, sem manutenção, atendimento péssimo da recepção ao pessoal do restaurante no café da manhã, mobilia velha, ar condicionado pigando dentro do quarto e jogando água na cama. Enfim, não há nada a elogiar.

Essa estadia não foi uma boa experiência.

Hotel grande e antigo, entalações sem manutenção. São camas de solteiro que o HÓSPEDE pode juntar se quiser, NÃO tem cama de casal. Atendimento ruim e sem suporte aos hóspedes. Fiquei na piscina no final da manhã e pedi uma bebiba, a cerveja veio quente e o coquetel esperei por 1:30h e não chegou, acabei cancelando. No 1º quarto o ar condicionado não funcionava, o telefone também não, e a cama estava quebrada mudamos de quarto e a descarga que não funcionava. A comida não é saborosa e tem poucas opções. No almoço nem água/suco tinha colocado.

Mais ou menos!

O prédio do hotel é bem antigo e tudo leva a crer que vai fechar. Varias partes estão interditadas por deteriorização e falta de manutenção. Os quartos são muito ruins! A cama é a pior de todos os tempos: duas camas de solteiro juntas para se passar por cama de casal e fica terrível, a cama é de molas ensacadas e causa um enorme desconforto. Ao acordar pela manhã a pessoa tem a sensação de que levou uma surra nas costas! O telefone dentro dos quartos é só de enfeito. Café da manhã bom! Atividades que o hotel oferece são ótimas!

Minha viagem foi ótima, o hotel muito bom com algumas falhas que podem ser resolvidas. Atendimento da recepção principal no dia que cheguei foi ótima, mas no outro dia já não foi tão bom assim. Pois, a recepcionista do sábado não era simpática e veio cobrar duas caipiroscas no bar da piscina, sendo que nem no bar da piscina fui. Quando falei que não fui e que não era meu o consumo sentir um olhar de dúvida, causando constrangimento. E com relação à limpeza muito fraco, quarto empoeirado e ninguém entrou para limpeza enquanto eu estava no apartamento. Sair e quando voltei o quarto do mesmo jeito, e na minha reserva dizia que era no 1 andar com varanda de frente para piscina e colocaram no térreo.
