Check in could use improvements—the attendant was busy texting in a back room and we had to yell to get her attention. Our room was upstairs (no elevator) and no assistance was offered. The maid service made the beds and left clean towels but did not vacuum the sand we had tracked in."

"I liked the ambience, this hotel really has the feel of Key West, roosters included! Very enjoyable, the pool was very nice with plenty of seating. We enjoyed the complimentary coffee on the dock every morning and watching the manatees in the water off the dock. The staff were extremely pleasant. I would like to make a suggestion of putting grab bars in the shower to help prevent slipping."

"Our first trip down the Keys and we picked this location based on photos/comments from the internet. It did not disappoint. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was outstanding. Beautiful water (and easy access). Small resort feel and a nice studio beach level room. Bathrooms are small.. but don’t spend too much time in them so not an issue! Easy access to amenities such as pool, paddle boards, kayaks etc.. Would definitely stay here again if we returned."
