"We were met at check-in with exorbitant parking fees and additional resort fees that were not listed on the website. The breakfast was the worst we have ever experienced especially after being charged such high fees. The room, however, was very nice and the only saving grace."

"Our first time to the Keys. This place was nice enough but we are water people and love fishing and being in the ocean. However, the beach area at this place was very brown and had a ton of seaweed. So going in the water in this area was not an option. Room was very very small and we like to have a closet and and a desk, this place didn't have that at all in the room. Pool looked really nice but we didn't get a chance to use it."

"This is really neat and a unique find. The dinner at salt and ash we had was amazing! We were upgraded to a villa and it was decent but the downstairs bathroom was locked and it needed some better cleaning in the bathrooms upstairs and towel racks!!! It wasn’t horrible, but not the best…. I didn’t like also that we couldn’t use cash on property and when we upgraded we had to then take a golf cart back and forth to the main building and we never could get singles or $5s to tip the golf cart drivers. A few of them had Zelle so we tipped that way or couldn’t at all :/ The Asian tiki hut had great sushi! Also the pools and lagoon were nice! And the coffee shop and chia pudding was good! Dolphins are not on property right now -apparently they’re getting new ownership for the dolphin area. I would come back:)"
