"This hotel was of poor quality. The interior needs updating. The ice machine was inoperable, the exercise room had one treadmill that was inoperable, the bathroom toilet is extremely low and the exhaust fan was inoperable. The breakfast was very limited. They ran out of food and the selection was very continental. For an Amish area known for food, this was a disappointing experience. The manager was not at all concerned with customer satisfaction. We would not want to recommend this hotel to anyone. "

"It does not primarily seem to cater to overnight travelers, but to short-term renters. There is a vagrancy problem, and a trash problem. The place is not maintained. It is better to spend a bit more money and stay elsewhere, if you are only in town for a night or two."

"All staff encountered were friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff woman was friendly, kept the area clean, and the food was fresh and plentiful. Appreciate all the fresh fruit. Beds were comfortable and clean. Work out room was clean, towels and water were available. Room was comfortable cool. Love the coffee machines im the lobby! "

"We booked through Hotels.com, accidently for the wrong date. We were unable to get refund, only reschedule for $50.00 charge. We've stayed at Goshen Best Western numerous times, but won't be treated this way. Next time we'll pursue other options. Sorry, our real gripe is with Hotels.com, but that's how it fell through. "

"Room was not thoroughly cleaned there were items in drawer from previous guest. Pool water was a bit on the chilly side, but Dawn the Front desk gal is absolutely AMAZING! She remembers us every year that we book our stay. "

"It was a rocky start. We checked in pretty late and the hotel manager was having a hard time figuring out the payment issues Hotels.com was having with their hotel. Apparently, they couldnt process the payment so we were almost charged again for the room. She did recover and just gave us the keys and told us theyd figure it out later. The room was nice but the mattress was very uncomfortable. It also squeaked on any movement. We ask to have it replaced or a bed topper put on to no avail. Shower was great. Just hard to sleep."
