"I cannot say enough about how much I enjoyed my stay. A hotel chain with a local BNB vibe. The staff went over and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and enjoying my accommodations. Everyone from the shuttle drivers to the front desk and house keeping staff. Truly a great experience. The only downside was the pool was out of service. But everything else was top tier"

"Cleanliness: 5. Very cleaned room with no foul smells Staff: 3 - no warm greeting, very automated. No smiles. Hotel room: - 2. While the room was clean, it had a few issues. This was a suite. The suites are located on the second floor right in front of the loud lobby. At all times you’re able to hear loud noises and people laughing and talking. Not an ideal location. Lights next to bed buzzed all night, very annoying. The electrical outlet in the bathroom didn’t work which was a huge inconvenience. The hotels “store” are unbelievably expensive. Disney prices, is ridiculous. "
