Property was fine but they could use staff to stay at the front. Waited more than 10 minutes at check in and out for someone to come to the desk.

It's an older property. Two floors accessible by steps and outside entrance. I requested a ground floor and was not able to have one because of the room I booked on Expedia (1 Queen Bed).

The room wasn’t made when we checked in at 4. They didn’t provide coffee in the morning even though they have signs for it. Not the worst place but lots of room for improvement.
