Rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. Beds very comfortable. Good coffee and breakfast ok to get you started. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good location for buses. Good value compared to other Vancouver accommodation

Check-in early was no problem, front desk extremely efficient and helpful, room was beautiful, breakfast was good, late checkout approved (Platinum Elite).

The room was perfect and well equipped kitchen area, had a great stay, however being sent an e mail stating we had to leave the next day was an unpleasant experience
