"Location, the Hotel itself, Check-in and Staff were excellent as before. However, the Air Conditioning was inoperative in both of the rooms bookedon the first of two nights and the Staff were unable to offer a change/upgrade due to the Hotel being full. The Staff members went full out to rectify this early the next morning and even part refunded the first night'stay. Things may go wrong rarely but the Hotel Staff did do their utmost to.put it right so I will further recommend this Hotel as well as the excellent facilities enjoyed on previous stays. That being said, We can be assured of being looked after by the Staff Members. Thank You all, We hope to see you again, soon."
