"Room was clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Room was a bit small but serviceable and the location was great for our event at Rogers Arena. The breaker was blown in our room making all electrical outlets useless, but a hotel staff quickly fixed the problem. I will say the phone in the room when pressing front desk button, did not connect you to the front desk which was mildly inconvenient as we needed front desk to help us twice. Other than that ot was fine."

"We stayed only one day as we were off but staff helped us we are an older couple and had to climb stairs with luggage. So desk person took one up for us and two great Canadians helped us when I had to bring them down. Restraunt attached had the best pizza we have ever had. For breakfast the sent us down the street to Yoke's very good"
