"I RARELY complain or write a bad review. I Understand th ings happen and no one place is perfect...however, this hotel was the worst!!! Upon arrival we were told the boiler was out and there was no hot water, but we could go to the gym nearby to shower. We figured we could manage and the issue would be resolved by the next day....nope! After a cold shower we went downstairs to grab a bite to eat at their "continental breakfast" $13 each for powdered eggs, gross potatoes and semi-decent bacon...I will give them credit for pretty good coffee. At breakfast we saw others using vouchers and another guest told us to get one from the front desk as they were giving them out at check in due to the boiler fiasco...apparently we checked in prior to this happening. Since breakfast sucked, my husband went to grab one and was told they were out and maybe we'd get one for the next day. At that point we were done! I get the difficulty but the staff seemed to have just given up. We jumped in our car and found another hotel up the road...La Quinta which was wonderful, btw. I have yet to see the credit for the nights we did not use...stay tuned. All in all, the place was horrible from top to bottom. The room even felt sticky and uncomfortable. I would definitely avoid this hotel."
