Although it might feel a bit dated in some places, the rooms and common areas are clean and well looked after. The private grounds are picturesque and have a lot of entertainment to offer. "This Hotel is overrated. For the amount they charge per night it’s not worth it. We booked via Expedia as all inclusive and ended up with breakfast only and upon check in asked for upgrade and told by staff we should have booked with travel agency to get all inclusive. Everything is overpriced, for example bottle of water is 8TND which you get for 1 TND across the street. Private beach is a joke, filled with locals. SPA is overbooked no time available during our 2 nights stay. All to say this...

"Had a really great stay. The lifeguards, waiters and all staff were amazing. So attentive and would do anything for you. Cannot fault any of the food, although appearing as a normal buffet, it is all of immense quality and I cannot fault it. The culinarium experience is also amazing. Everywhere is clean. Only downside is that floors could be very slippy at times but cannot help that!"
