"Excellent staff—thank you for making our stay so enjoyable! This is a wonderful property for families with young children. My 12-year-old and 9-year-old absolutely loved the pool area, and we all had a fantastic time.
The only reasons I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 are:
1. No housekeeping service for longer stays - We stayed for four nights, but our room was never cleaned during our stay. Since this is a beach resort, sand inevitably gets tracked into the room, and we ended up having to mop the floor ourselves. I do appreciate that fresh towels were provided daily, and the staff always made sure we had plenty of them.
2. A few basic supplies were missing - There was no scrub sponge (such as a Scotch-Brite) for washing dishes, even though the room didn't have a dishwasher. There was also no hand soap in the bathroom, which was surprising for a resort of this quality. We ended up having to buy these basic supplies ourselves.
I hope the management considers these small improvements, as they would make an already great experience even better.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this property to families looking for a relaxing vacation."
