My room was not clean when I checked in, I had to ask for another one. The second room was slightly better than the first. I will not be staying here again. I was very disappointed. The female staff was great but the male staff was rude. I am not a happy customer. In my opinion this hotel needs to be up under new management so that they can make improvements.

Property is very run down. Stains on carpet, walls, curtains. No towels in the pool area. Everything is old and outdated. Flies in the breakfast area. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Neighborhood did not feel safe

Overall, a nice place to stay for the price. Pool was kind of a let down and too cold for my personal taste. Inconvenient location on the 5th floor also lol. Room was nice, very clean with a great comfy bed. Biggest complaint was not the hotel's fault, was it was listed as having a hot tub with a photo to match. They do not have a hot tub!! One of the main reasons i booked this stay.....

Probably the worst hotel i have ever rented. Dirty floors and walls. Very unkept. The pool looked like lake water. Tiles peeling off bathroom wall. Toilet seat was ready to come off. I would not return, nor recommend. Even for $75. Gross.

Friendly staff, hotel overall not great. Definitely no hot tub. Went up to the pool to find out we needed a seperate key card to get into the pool area. Went back down to get the key only to get into the pool and see the hot tub had been concreted in for what looks like a good amount of time. Was placed next to the elevater which was not ideal for good sleep, no sound barriers in place for elevator or hearing your neighbors water being used. Breakfast was just carbs, juice, coffee, and apples.

This hotel is full of homeless people. The property is clean and beds comfortable. The other guests whether homeless or long term construction workers are no issue. Front desk staff was very friendly as was the housekeeping staff.

The property was absolutely unacceptable the room and common areas were filthy, the carpet was covered in stains, and there were people fighting in the hallways. I genuinely did not feel safe staying there. If you have kids, avoid this hotel and this area. Although I understand that my booking was marked as non-refundable, I was forced to leave one day early for my own safety. The conditions of this hotel were completely misrepresented and far below any reasonable standard of cleanliness or security. I have always trusted Expedia when booking my trips, but this experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Being denied even a partial refund under these circumstances is unacceptable. This incident has made me seriously reconsider ever using Expedia again, as I no longer feel confident that you stand behind the quality or safety of the properties you list.

It smelled like pot the whole night. The pool was shut down. There was people in and out, up and down the hallways all night and there was only donut holes and toast for breakfast.

Could use some renovations. The picture for this property is not current. The washrags had make-up on them. The bed was ok tv worked The parking lot next door was over run with 20-25 cars at. 10 pm. Playing loud music and base booming.

The floor was sticky, there were tiny hairs stuck to the shower wall and shower curtain and the toilet seat had crust on it. Before leaving for a little bit, we asked the front desk to come and re-clean the toilet. When we got back, they had been in the room, but had only wiped the sink down. The toilet was still a mess. Would never recommend staying here.

Not so great

Room was clean, but rest of hotel is old and in poor repair. Tub fills with water while showering. room had no furniture except bed. Pool was gloudy and pool floor smells like mold. More people/ families live there and it shows! I wont be back unfortunately

The shower nozzle broke off and water sprayed everywhere like a fire hydrant, booked a double room and it was still occupied, we changed room 3 times power went out in the room and staff didn't want to accommodate our 4 move and finally after some time agreed cops harassed us while sitting in the parking lot smoking a cigarette horrible place
