Spacious unique rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. Only downside is parking if you're lucky enough to find a spot on the street it's much cheaper otherwise the attached parking garage is $48 per 24 hours. Would definitely stay again.

I was only there to sleep, get cleaned up and keep my belongings. I didn't use much of the amenities as I was on a business trip and didn't have time to utilize the amenities. The hotel was very clean, and the room was very nice. I would stay here again.

Excellent location in downtown Grand Rapids. We enjoyed taking with the staff and had wonderful cocktails and conversation at their bar served by Marcus, the host bartender. Rooms were clean and bed very comfortable. We enjoyed and highly recommend.

This hotel is quaint and in a neat area of downtown Grand Rapids with outdoor dining and some high end restaurants nearby. Have to use a parking garage which is next door, but not that easy to get to from the hotel.

Very accessible and centrally located. The parking garage was connected to the hotel which made it great during inclement weather. Great access to all the downtown shops and eateries. Rooms were a great size and had just what you needed. Clean rooms, great views, easy stairway and elevator access and exits.

Loved the live jazz music on Friday night. The Saturday buffet was really good and the proximity was great for downtown activities. Only downside is there is no breakfast onsite Monday- Thursday.

Parking structure next door has a 2nd story bridge to hotel. Eco-friendly hotel has helpful staff, all rooms are unique, and food is good! Also has a bar. Casual & comfortable. Would stay there again.

I'm from Chicago. I have never experienced a hotel with no carpet. The hotel room I stayed in felt like a warehouse. The shower was great. There was a moth eating a dead moth on my pillow. The staff at the front desk were wonderful!

Our stay was Friday and Saturday night. The hotel was very clean, newly updated, centrally located, and had a comfortable bed. Our room was street view and it was very noisy all night long, bring earplugs or a white noise machine if you are a light sleeper. We choose to utilize the free street parking after 7pm on Friday through Sunday (ask the front desk which streets it applies to). I would stay again but request a room without street view.
