He could not speak English or Spanish, only French. We had a hard time communicating. 2) When I booked the room, I had asked for a baby crib but none was provided at check-in. "Great modern apartment hotel which is well placed for a city trip (access via metro or two bridges means it takes 10mins max to the 'old town' of Toulouse). Room wasn't quite ready yet when we arrived (rooms are advertised as available from 3pm) but the lounge area made it a pleasant wait. Would recommend this place for those looking to travel with kids or those would want a little more space and the option to cook (all apartments have a kitchen). "
