Séjour très regrettable

Nous avons du changer de chambre car la première sentait fortement mauvais, la baie vitrée donnant sur le balcon ne s ouvrait pas, les draps étaient tachés et les carrelages de la salle de bain tombaient dans la baignoire. Le check-in annoncé à 15h n'a pas pu se faire à l heure car la Chambre n'était pas prête. Les prestations proposées ne correspondent pas à un hotel 5 étoiles. Je pense que cet hotel doit être rénové au plus vite.

Se non fosse per il direttore ( italiano) gentilissimo e sempre a disposizione nonché per il personale stupendo avrei fatto una recensione totalmente negativa.Ho soggiornato per le festività natalizie, Le camere spaziose e bagno nella norma, letti confortevoli. Location stupenda ma purtroppo cibo pessimo, ripetitivo. Mi sono ammalato per il mangiare davvero spregievole e purtroppo essendo una delle priorità di un all inclusive lo sconsiglio vivamente. Deluso purtroppo.Animazione nulla di particolare.

Rædselsfuldt og alt for dyrt resort m. kø overalt.

Kæmpe stort og alt for dyrt resort, hvor beliggenheden = stranden er det eneste positive. Ingen info. ved ankomst. Bygningerne trænger meget til vedligehold, gangene meget mørke (kun lys om aftenen på trods af mørke døgnet rundt), værelserne snavsede (specielt døre, håndtag, kontakter, MEGET mug i håndvask og brusekabine, meget fugtige værelser (de rene håndklæder slet ikke tørre). Mini-baren (all-inclusive) bestod af 1 flaske vand, 1 cola og 1 øl. Ved opfyldning næste dag bad vi om 1 flaske vand og 2 øl, men kunne kun få 1 øl???). Ingen lys i det ene værelse, meget svagt lys i soveværelset - umuligt at læse ved. Der var kaffe og the-breve, men ingen el-kedel? Der var to buffet-restauranter, der begge var helt forfærdelige - må have ørepropper i for at udholde larmen pga. at personalet konstant kører med stålborde (ikke med gummi-hjul) og med raslende service. Desuden utrolig kedelig mad (kød enten råt eller som skosåler) uden nogen form for krydderi. Næsten umuligt at opdrive salt og peber. Uhyggelig lang kø ved alle “kokke-stationerne” (unge drenge, der forsøger så godt, de kan med dårlige hjælpemidler (bulede pander, for lidt olie, mangel på ingredienser (opfyldning)). Når man skal have drikkevarer, skal personalet hente det ved en luge, må stå i kø, får kun skænket/udleveret halve glas dvs. lang ventetid, håbløse mængder selv af flaskevand, der selvfølgelig også er dyrt. Der findes 4 “restauranter”, hvor man (hvis heldig) kan booke bord max. 3 x pr uge - roligere, kedeli

Perfect place to stay at

In Europe this is a 5star hotel. We traveled around in Cuba for 24 days. This was our best hotel.. good and fresh food. Good drinks at all bars. Clean rooms, everyday. Also everyday refill in minibar at the room. Staff was friendly and service minded. As soon as we arrived their management informed us that they are there for whatever we like. My husbands birthday they noticed and invited us to a really nice dinner outside hotel, with cake show and really good food, and made us feel appreciated and welcomed. It’s a really cleaned up place and all staff are there to make your visit as goos as possible. We strongly recommend this hotel and their management. Many thanks especially to Riccardo, the GM who also work on the floor together with all staff. See you soon again Fikret and Monika from Sweden

No merece las estrellas que tiene

No es un hotel que pueda considerarse de 4 estrellas, la habitación estaba sucia, no la tenían preparada a la hora que tocaba y no teníamos nada en el minibar. la tapa del váter estaba rota y en general el personal bastante pasota. La gente del bufet y del lobby si que eren muy agradables. Lo bueno que tiene es la playa.

Spiaggia stupenda resort migliorabile

Eravamo preoccupati dopo aver letto le recensioni Dobbiamo ammettere che il resort è andato oltre le nostre aspettative anche se di 5 stelle non ha nulla La spiaggia è bellissima con spazi ampi e ben attrezzata Il personale sempre gentile e attento anche se spesso non sufficientemente efficace (piscina senza regole) La struttura è migliorabile e l'arredamento richiede qualche cambiamento Cibo e cocktail con ampia scelta e rapporto qualità prezzo alla fine accettabile (non di eccellente qualità con qualche eccezione come la frutta fresca ma non è possibile richiedere di più visto il prezzo) Ottimo l'intrattenimento anche con spettacoli serali divertenti Note negative sicuramente la pulizia e attenzione per alcune aree comuni (anche se nella nostra stanza non abbiamo trovato insetti) e poi ... se siete italiani stanne alla larga dal ristorante che di italiano ha solo il nome Ultimi consiglio portate un buon repellente e usate il bus Transgaviota per i collegamenti per l'Avana 25 CUC il biglietto

Es cierto que la playa es espectacular, !Muy Bella! pero es un desperdicio de tiempo y dinero hospedarse en este hotel. El primer dia nos recibio una habitacion sin toallas y con ropa de cama sucia. El servicio del restaurant biffet es (el PEOR). Es denigrante ver como una instalacion donde la prioridad en el servio es para los extranjeros y no los huespedes en general sin importar su nacionalidad, ya que es todo un reto como cliente cubano lograr ser atendido por un dependiente en el (Restaurant Buffet). La escasez de basos y copas es !!!!Inconsebible!!!! En pocas Palabras, Gran Merories Santa Maria, el pero recuerdo.

Assolutamente non all'altezza delle stelle con cui si "Vende" - Check in ritardo di un ora - Camera maleodorante, sporca con polvere ovunque, materasso umido, sporcizia con rifiuti cartacei sotto il letto. Et pourtant tout paraissait parfait...

Nous avons changé trois fois de chambres en deux nuits pour la première chambre (grand memories) les photos parleront d’elles-mêmes. Pour la seconde chambre, Elle était propre et spacieuse après avoir passé à la gamme au-dessus (sanctuary). En pleine nuit, nous avons été réveillé par plusieurs bêtes (et pas des moustiques) sur notre lit et par un énorme cafard. Suite à cela, on nous a donné une chambre (encore supérieur à la deuxième…) Une heure après notre installation (c’est-à-dire vers 1h du matin), nous nous sommes rendus compte que les toilettes ne fonctionnaient pas…( pas d’eau dans les sanitaires…) et là, quelle surprise un autre cafard (pas plus petit que les autres) nous l’avons achevé et passés notre dernier nuit sur le qui-vive, donc très peu dormi. Le buffet n’est pas digne d’un cinq étoiles ni à la hauteur d’un Formule 1 et encore… Mais par contre, une plage exceptionnelle possible de voir des bancs de poissons à l’aide d’un masque. Ce n’était peut-être pas l’avis général de tous les clients mais un certain nombre nous ont partagé leur mésaventure. Quant au personnel, très laxiste et avec une empathie proche de zéro, bref on les dérangeait (très occupé sur leur téléphone)... la directrice a pris en compte nos remarques et envoyer un mail à hotels.com mais rien de plus… D’autres hôtels à proximité semblait bien meilleur après avoir partagé nos séjours avec des clients sur le retour en bus à La Havane.

Propriété avec une architecture agréable, mais vieillissante. La 1ère nuit, nous avons fini par dormir sans draps (demandés 3x !! mais sans succès); téléphones en panne et donc il fallait se rendre physiquement à la réception pour se plaindre. La restauration était de qualité moyenne; au restaurant à la carte, les serveurs essayaient d'être aux soins, mais il manquait clairement du personnel. Aucun endroit prévu pour consulter internet dans un environnement climatisé.

Nous avons réservé une chambre pour 3 personnes qui était équipée de 2 lits simples et n’avait pas les serviettes de salle de bain ni de plage pour 3 personnes... lit supplémentaire récupéré après 23h après plusieurs relances. Taxi commandé pour retourné à La Havane, prix négocié et validé avec l’hôtel. Le matin du départ, le prix avait grimpé de 60 cuc et l’hôtel n’a pas pris ses responsabilités. Retour aéroport donc plus le temps de négocier avec une autre compagnie.

Buen hotel pero con lento check in.

El check in fue lento , nos dieron primero una habitación a las 4 pm y luego la otra no estuvo hasta una hora después, el servicio es muy bueno, la piscina es pequeña, hubo filtración de agua en una de las habitaciones en las que estuve , por lo demás todo estuvo bien. Saludos y espero que esté comentario ayude a mejorar !!!!
