"We LOVED our stay at Chalet Christine. The hotel has a perfect unimpeded view of the lake and mountains, creating a zen relaxing experience, and the pool and jacuzzi add to the relaxing vibe. Breakfast was perfect, the room was gorgeous and comfortable. Elodie at the check-in desk was incredibly kind and friendly, she gave us great advice on what to do around the lake and helped us get reservations at an amazing restaurant. I hope to come back soon! "On check in told I had to pay for room as it wasn’t paid for. Paid again and then when checked back on bookings I had fully paid prior to arrival. I spoke to the lady on reception who asked me to come back in the morning for a refund as she was busy with a problem. Went back in the morning and provided her with receipts of both payments and she said she would get her superior to do it the next day. I have emailed and messaged through hotels.com and had no response. Shocking service for an error on their part. "
