"We had 2 queen beds. Room 644 one bed was good, the other was terrible. The mattress looked broken down in the middle. Sleeping required being directly in the middle. "

"The wait to check in was very long and unorganized. We paid more for a room that was by the waterpark and we were put in a different building that they said was still “considered close” to the waterpark and it definitely was not. The rooms were clean and staff was friendly. The outside mini golf corse was really run down. We had people smoking weed right outside our door the whole time. The waterpark was pretty neat with lots of an activities and seating. Overall I would not stay here again. It was a mostly negative experience. "

"We enjoyed everything about our stay…only wished we would have planned to stay longer. It was in a beautiful area, everything was well kept and so many things to do. Hope to get a chance to come back"

"Internet was good, staff was nice but not very knowledgeable. Double charged me and then had a hard time refunding it. Did eventually come through but took overnight to get a receipt/answer. Gym there was subpar. Not the greatest parking and entrance was a mess."

"Grand View service felt as if I was still at my home, slept comfortably. I will reserve my stay in the future at the hotel if you hotel still exists. Will in Branson."

"The rooms were clean, but housekeeping is for every other day so you will have to call for extra towels. They do provide a washer and dryer for free, but it is only one on each floor and have to be shared. We stayed in Villa 2 which was close to the basketball court so that meant we heard everything! Our room was also on the 3rd floor which meant every step or noise the people above us made were heard very clearly. If we were to stay again the 4th floor would be a best choice and because Vila 2 had 2 sections we would stay closer towards the middle section. Above the not being able to rest as well, the hotel is located in a great location is you want to stay closer to the activities. "
