"Clean room, staff in main lodge was wonderful, can’t beat the National Park convenience and we even had some elk join us one evening!"

"The atrium in this hotel is very charming and nice throwback to a long-gone era. The rooms were okay, though maybe a little overpriced. Our room wasn't quite "newly" renovated, but the beds were comfortable"

"Room was clean, the staff was efficient, and I didn’t use the laundry or air conditioner because it was 35 degrees overnight. Heater worked well, had wake up in the middle of the night to turn it off. 😂"

"We had room 4106. We had no hot water. Maintenance came and told me our room was the farthest from the water heater. He said to run it for 15 to 20 minutes. This is an area that is trying to conserve water…..He was right, it eventually got hot. That was the only issue we had."
