The staff was amazing, from check in to check out. The parking was a little scarce . The hotel is being renovated. The rooms are updated, but there were some things still being worked on. The beds were amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

Large room for the price. Nice welcoming and helpful staff. Some nice amenities such as large TV with good channel selection. Nice shower but limited space in the bathroom. Great customer service!! Very easy check in and check out process and cleaned room whenever requested. 24/7 coffee was nice, as well as discount cards to the burger place down the street. For the price, well worth it considering everything you get, especially for flagstaff!

Mike who I believe is the owner , was fantastic. He directed me to few great places to eat and offered up coffee bar available at any time . The room looked like it had just been renovated and was clean and spacious , with a fridge and microwave. The bed was comfortable and the room had a great chair to lounge in . I work away from home so it was great to stay at a place where they appreciated your business . I will definitely be staying there when work in Flagstaff.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very well maintained, spacious, and extremely comfortable. I enjoyed the quite environment. Other motels are close to the train tracks and come with ear plugs, which was not a problem here at OverLand. I've extremely recommended and extended my stay.

Property was under renovation but it was kept safe for visitors with clear well-lit walkways. Hotel rooms were brand new and modern, well-functioning. Bed and shower were clean and ideal in every way. An excellent stay. Will repeat!

The outside is being updated so there were equipment trucks parked in some of the spaces but they were constantly working. The rooms were recently updated so everything was nice. The staff was very attentive and responsive. Overall would definitely stay there again.
