"We loved the Lodge. It was so convenient to shuttle buses, grocery store, and restaurant. Overall the staff was so helpful, friendly, and quick to offer assistance. The shuttle bus drivers were very informative, and we always knew we were on the right bus; so helpful! The restaurant breakfast was decent, but not always fresh. They did run out of coffee several times, but the lodge was at full capacity. I’m sure it was hard to keep up with all the coffee drinkers. I love the Grand Canyon, and it was as spectacular as I remember from 22 years ago! Hope to come back again!"

"The location is unmatched on the south rim of the Grand Canyon, truly stunning views from right outside the hotel. The staff was very helpful and pleasant in all areas, from the front desk to the F&B service staff and housekeeping. The rooms are dated, nothing terrible with the exception of the HVAC in our room which was so loud that we had to turn it off at night. Parking is a hassle so if you can take the train it’s a good way to go. "

"Booking through Expedia might be part of my problem. Communication with the property manager was difficult, should I use the app or call them directly? Otherwise property was nice. Need some chairs for sitting. It served our purposes well. "

"So nice to be in the park especially when going on an early tour. Wish there was breakfast offered with the stay, but there is food options to purchase. Staff is very nice !! "
