"C’est la deuxième fois que je séjourne en famille dans cet hôtel et, encore une fois, tout était parfait ! L’hôtel est très propre, la piscine est vraiment agréable et parfaitement entretenue. Un grand merci également à toute l’équipe pour sa gentillesse, son accueil et son professionnalisme. On se sent vraiment bien dès notre arrivée. Que ce soit la propreté, le confort, les équipements ou la qualité de l’accueil, tout est au rendez-vous.le petit dej est très varié. C’est avec plaisir que je reviendrai une troisième fois ! Je recommande vivement cet hôtel. Bravo à toute l’équipe ! 👏"

"We thoroughly enjoyed are stay! The pool and AC were a welcome relief from the heat. The hosts were excellent and we loved hearing about the work they’ve done to the house and the history of the delicious cassoulet they served up in the evening. I wish we’d stayed for longer."

"We stayed at Le Grand Bassin Guesthouse for one night before picking up our Le Boat for a 10-day cruise east. I can say without hesitation that we had a perfect stay! We arrived on Castelnaudry by train, and then walked to the guesthouse, so of course we were behind schedule. Sophie waited patiently for us and, on our arrival, called Chez David in town to make sure we would get a table for dinner. Sophie is an exceptional host, and our room was clean and comfortable. We did not have breakfast at her place, so I can't speak to that. However, I can only imagine that it would be excellent, given the rest of our experience. My wife and I have travelled all over Europe, and Le Grand Bassin is a beautiful property at a great price. Please do not hesitate to give it a try the next time you visit Castelnaudry."
