"The place is very nice - very clean room, bed is nice. The staff are very accomodating and helpful. The airconditioning was very comfortable, slept so soundly. Breakfast is included and very good. The swimming pool is excellent - very clear water, spent morning an hour and a half before checking out. Michael the owner took time talking to guests and very friendly, you feel at home. Overall our stay was excellent. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Granada - very relaxing. And you have secured parking in the compound."

The thing that really stood out was the staff with how friendly, supportive, and knowledgeable they are about Granada and how to get around. The owner Terry took time during breakfast to speak with me and check in on me, which really made the hotel feel very welcoming and warm. Also, it is a very interesting historical building and within walking distance from many attractions in Granada. Would 100% recommend!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Plaza Marbella. This charming boutique hotel was an unexpected gem in Granada. Its location is excellent—just a short walk from the main square—making it easy to explore the city. We also appreciated the lovely pool, and the complimentary breakfast was a wonderful way to start each day. What truly made our stay exceptional was the attentive and welcoming staff. Blanca, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. She was incredibly friendly, often anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. She also arranged all of our transportation, including transfers to and from the airport and transportation between Granada and the San Jorge port for our trip to Ometepe, making our travels completely stress-free. The outstanding hospitality made our experience memorable, and we would definitely stay at Plaza Marbella again. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Granada."
