"AC wasn't keeping up with the heat from outside and it was only 85°F outside. Instead of moving us to a different room, we were offered a fan for the room."

"The Suite was large and very comfortable. Had a nice view from our balcony minus the bird poop…something that can’t be avoided at the beach. The bonus was an elevator ride one floor down and many shops and places to eat. There were two skylight windows that brought in the morning sun. I even got a call from one of the staff members in regards to a package I forgot in a drawer which they are sending to me. The pool was the only thing that didn’t seem inviting. It was adjacent to a marina. I went twice and I was the only one there other than the birds."
