"This was the perfect location to stay for a retreat and also for a day trip into Cinque Terre. We won’t get over being driven in a cart to and from the parking lot down a charming rock wall lined street. It’s the most magical entry to a hotel we’ve ever experienced.
Their customer service is exceptional, going above and beyond in every way. We were greeted with a welcome drink and given complimentary DELICIOUS snacks by the pool.
The view at breakfast was the best we experienced in all of Italy. Looking into the Ligurian sea was beautiful.
The spa was wonderful and available to us to use privately for an hour when it was not in use. What a treat! Sauna, steam room relaxation areas with a freshly prepared treat made by the chef waiting for us.
Two nights was not enough to enjoy this beautiful property!
Laura gave us recommendations on how to enjoy Cinque Terre and local restaurants, plus graciously answered any of our questions. We loved meeting her!"

Unfortunately, the drawback of the area is that the beaches are mostly fully reserved for the entire season by Italians from the city and so it is almost impossible to get a place in any of the beaches even or of peak season"

"I don’t understand why but as a platinum member I never get upgrade. After I asked for it the hotel staff shoes me my reservation from Expedia where it wasn’t even mentioned
I think you have to remove this benefit cause it’s never available!!! Super small room , cheap furniture, very low bad and dated mattress.and on top that cold bathroom. I turned on the water heater but it doesn’t work . Poor breakfast. It’s far from the beach you would need a car to go around "
