"Decent hotel in a good location up the hill from the town which is fine for those who are mobile. Good car park at the front of the hotel. If you struggle to get around the stairs to the rooms may be a struggle. Good breakfast and good rooms."

"We were made very welcome on arrival and throughout by friendly helpful staff.Our room 60 with patio was lovely.so we sat in the sun overlooking gadrens listening to birds singing and a Squirrel on the lawn . I bought and paid in advance for a continental breakfast which I assumed would be a bit more than one bowl of oats, an orange juice and a coffee. Any refills were charged extra as were fruit, toast or croissants. It all seemed a bit mean and I don’t think anyone from ‘the continent ‘ would have recognised this as being ‘normal’."
