"Close to amenities, walkable to most major tourist attractions and shopping. There are plenty of grocery, coffee and food options in the area. Even though it’s in the heart of downtown, it’s still quiet while in the property. The beds and bathrooms were comfortable. The AC worked wonderfully during the heat wave as well."

"Everyone was very nice and friendly. From the front desk checking to parking attendant. The bellhop and housekeeping. Wonderful stay. Great location."
"Other than the homeless approaching you for a hand out everytime you go outside, and i know that really nothing can be done, i enjoyed the property inside and out, and the pool area is amazing"
"Hotel building is in a great location for shopping, restaurants, and transportation. Super friendly and helpful staff. They answered all our questions. A/C in our room was excellent. View of the street was amazing. Very clean room. Will definitely book again in the near future. "
"Room was quiet and the bed was comfortable ! My wife commented that she slept better there than at home LOL! Staff was excellent and responded really quick with service requests! Location was central. Within 5-15 minutes walk, you get variety of dining, lounge, and entertainment choices. Transportation was also fairly close to the hotel. Union station is only 15-20 minutes of walk. So is the tour buses (Mega bus and Flixbus) terminal. Perfect for those who are feeling to drive in GTA. Would stay again if i am visiting Toronto again!
