"We had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Grand Hyatt Rio de Janeiro. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and extremely well maintained. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and spotless, with a relaxing atmosphere and beautiful views. The pool and common areas are fantastic, and the entire property feels like a true luxury resort. What really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone we encountered was professional, attentive, friendly, and genuinely committed to making our experience memorable. The service was consistently excellent throughout our stay. The breakfast was also outstanding, with a great variety of fresh and high-quality options. The location in Barra da Tijuca is beautiful and peaceful, making it perfect for relaxing while still enjoying everything Rio has to offer. Grand Hyatt Rio de Janeiro truly delivers a five-star experience. We left extremely satisfied and would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and a luxurious stay in Rio de Janeiro. "Wow spectacular I really liked the hotel and my family also, the atmosphere really good, very quiet, the restaurant was perfect, the attention very kind all the staff, no problems in the hotel, I only have one suggestion for the hotel, coffee and tea should be free inside of the property, because when I finished to eat inside of the restaurant, my mom wanted a cup of tea, so they have the hot water, but the small bag of tea had a price, that was in the bar, after the dinner wow it was surprised for me, so at the end, it’s something that you should to improve, but In general, Everything was amazing, thanks…"
