The location was perfect—close to everything (beach, Sugarloaf, RioSul, and more). The food was great, and the spa massages were amazing. We’ll definitely be back!"

"I want to sincerely thank Copacabana for their understanding and support. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to board my flight because I didn’t have the required visa to enter Brazil — a last-minute issue that completely changed my plans. Despite this, they accepted my refund request without any hassle, and I truly appreciate the fairness and professionalism shown. It’s rare to find that kind of customer care these days.
