A cheaper option than in the city centre but tram service is great. The food here was excellent. In particular BBQ nights. A perfect base for Gothia tournament

Very pleasant stay; will come back

Exceptional value for the price. They’ve done a nice job with the updates so most of the interior has a nice modern fresh look. The staff were excellent; the best hotel service I’ve had in some time. My stay included a nice breakfast and dinner. My only issue was I had tv/cable reception issues in my room. Otherwise I’d give 5 stars.

Great hotel

This hotel is outside the hotel but the metro is a few minutes walk away and takes 10 mins to get there Hotel staff really really helpful, lovely breakfast great to sit around the pool and eat in the morning Air conditioning in the room wasn’t brilliant Would definitely go again worth the money compared to other city centre hotels .

Apple Hotel have excellent facilties. Staff was always very helpful and approachable. The food was excellent and with a lot of variety. The hotel is well located, close to the tram lines and buses. My room was very spacious and with a beautiful view of the pool. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and also appreciate that was very quiet at night and I sleep well. I would like to thank you all the staff at the hotel who made my time there very enjoyable.

Poss an option at Dinner time to have a sweet/pudding option too. Would like to see safes in the rooms for more security. Vending machine for drinks and sweets and snacks would be good. More TV channels and radio channels as an option too. Nice hotel tho.

Easy to park the car. Fast checkin and polite staff. Nice concept with breakfast and dinner unfortunately i couldn't stay for dinner all the evenings. The rooms have what you need and yhe beds are comfy enough . Easy access to the meteo to get to the centrum in 15min. I did miss having a fridge in the room and due to being an older building the ventilation is not the best especially in the bathroom. The property has good facilities otherwise, big restaurant, gym, sauna and a pool table. But the buildings need tom TLC. Attending to the smaller details would have made wonder for the hotel.

This hotel from the outside doesn’t excite (at all, quite the opposite?!) however, don’t let this put you off as the facilities themselves are great & inside is so much nicer! The staff are amazing & a credit to the owners /hotel. Rudolph on reception was the font of all knowledge & open and honest & massively helpful with whatever you might be planning /thinking of doing. The benefit of this hotel is it’s quite well located within a short taxi ride from Gothenburg central, or right on the tram route, there’s an awesome trampolining / jump centre within metres of the hotel (my daughter loved it?!), the pool is lovely (not heated) & the breakfast & evening meal included is amazingly good value with good food. Yes it’s a set food option and menu but what do you expect for the price? It’s well presented, tasty & different each day. There is a great (sports bar / food place within a few hundred metres (Rancho) which is very friendly, good value for money & the food was perfect. The rooms are basic but comfortable, absolutely no complaints. We loved our time here & in Gothenburg & thank you to the Apple Hotel & staff for helping make it a great first trip to Sweden / Gothenburg!

Vi blev glatt överraskade över hur trevligt det var. Det Àr precis som deras slogan sÀger, "Det Àr insidan som rÀknas". Ser inte mycket ut för vÀrlden utifrÄn, men Àr ett vÀldigt trevligt hotell pÄ insidan. Det Àr ganska lyhört och det finns en del som behöver putsas upp, men överlag ett trevligt hotell. Fint poolomrÄde och trevligt att det ingÄr bÄde frukost och middagsbuffé.

Helt okej om inget finns i centrum

Fick en ganska dÄlig incheckning utan vidare instruktioner kring hur man skulle ta sig till poolomrÄdet. Receptionisten tog ett samtal med annan gÀst samtidigt följt av ett samtal i telefon utan förklaring. Rummen ganska slitna och tvn funkade inte som den skulle och nÀr vi pÄtalade problemet med tvn gjordes ingen anstrÀngning för att lösa det. Middagen och frukosten var helt utan anmÀrkning. MÄnga alternativ och goda mÄltider. Bra service frÄn serveringspersonalen. Receptionisten som hade morgonpasset var ocksÄ vÀldigt trevlig och serviceminded till skillnad frÄn incheckningspersonalen. PoolomrÄdet var stort och det fanns mÄnga sÀngar att vÀlja bland. VÀldigt djup pool som inte lÀmpar sig för barn. Det stod ofta kvar flaskor, glas och annat skrÀp under dagen som inte plockades bort av personal.
