"The property consists of two rental units but this fact is not obvious from the pictures on the website. We did not get the rooftop deck with a view of the harbor. That belongs to the other unit. The sewer pipes are enclosed in the paper-thin walls of the first floor bedroom of our unit so every time someone flushes the toilet, uses the sink, takes a shower, you can hear water flowing through the pipes followed by loud clanging sound. "We had a wonderful stay at the Vineyard Harbor hotel! It's a great location and the staff was friendly and helpful. Spencer even helped us carry our bags up the stairs! The rooms are cozy and clean, but with some wear and tear. Sitting by the beach (night and day) the proximity to town and transport during the day more than make up for some of the "rough spaces" and the friendly staff was wonderful. Highly recommend unless you are looking for more luxury and something brand new."
