"We really liked the location of this hotel. It is next to Natural Bridge State Park and has a great view. It is away from city lights and very quiet at night, perfect for start gazing. Plus, there are many hiking trails nearby. That said, I do think the hotel can be a little cleaner. The pillow cases are aged, a bit yellowish, and washed thin. One can easily see through them. Same is the flat sheet under the comforter. And there are no duvet cover. The kitchen's exhaust fans are not effective. In the morning, the cooking smells fill the halls. It is not pleasant food smell. "

"Friendly staff. Pool and hot tub are nice. Decent breakfast. Great location. Suite has separate sitting area with door to bedroom and two TVs - perfect for night owl / early bird couples. Walmart, food, gas, etc. in short proximity. Many dining options (Applebees, Ruby Tuesday, Chick Fil A, Burger King, Jersey Mikes, RC Pizza & Subs, Waffle House, and more) all within a couple minutes drive, a few even walkable. Devil's Backbone local brewery a few minutes drive."

"The room was on the 5th floor, and the view of the town was fantastic. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the cleanliness was excellent. The location is perfect for exploring the area and walking to President Wilson's birthplace. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Staunton."
