Hotels near Goryeosan

"The grand Hyatt incheon separated into 2 hotels, grand Hyatt incheon and the Hyatt regency in March 2026. I was not made aware of this until I checked in at the grand Hyatt incheon. I was told my reservation was at the Hyatt regency. So the staff walked us to the Hyatt regency. The Hyatt regency said i had to pay the entire hotel stay again because it was a different hotel and get a refund from hotels.com. It was a pain to deal with after spending 11 hours on a plane. The Hyatt regency free shuttle to the airport doesn’t start until 10:30 am, which is inconvenient. We also got on the grand Hyatt free shuttle back to the airport earlier than 10:30 and they gave us a hard time about it because e didn’t stay at the grand Hyatt hotel. The bus was not even full. The only nice thing about the Hyatt regency was the room was spacious and the breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of options."

"Airport to hotel shuttle never picked us up Air conditioning NOT working. The front desk told me that is only turned on in summer time ( not specified on Orbitz home page. Room was very hot, very uncomfortable to sleep. We couldn’t get the 2 free drinks because the bar opens at 6:00 pm. The coupons we received the day of check in stated bar is open from 10:00 am until 12:30 am. I will call Orbitz for a type of compensation "

"The shuttle only starts at 3PM so if your flight arrives earlier there is not included way to get to the hotel and the 3PM shuttle has limited capacity that requires booking in advance"

"The room was not as it appeared in the pictures, the coffee pot had someone’s dirty laundry in it, there were no wash clothes, the shuttle only runs from 5am-10am, the beds were hard as bricks, the staff was not friendly and the room was hot in March. I would not stay there again. "

"I did not avail of both breakfast andshuttle because I had to leave early to get to the airport at least 2 hours before my flight. I took the train to the airport because the shuttle only drops off guests at terminal 1. My terminal was 2. Train was a better choice."
