"The view from the terrace (in our room) was absolutely amazing! Location is perfect, parking was right there and very convenient. "The hotel staff is is shining point. They were amazing. The hotel is very walkable to many sites and only 3 minutes from a Bilbao Metro stop ( Sam Mamés). The €10 breakfast is a great bargain. Rooms are clean with some older furniture, but it would not deter me from staying there again. You may have to remind housekeeping to keep the soap/ shampoo dispensers filled, but that was honestly my only complaint. We even had on an early morning flight on our last day, and the manager arranged for a takeaway picnic breakfast for us at 4 AM. That's service!"
