Our first visit to Gorham for a utv ride with members of our club. Centrally located, walkable to a variety of restaurants and shops. Good sized rooms, very clean, plenty of towels; extra parking for our utv/trailer.

The hotel was perfectly fine, no complaints. The pool and fire pit were very nice, but I didn't make much use of them. I'd say it was only worth $190/night and I paid $250/night, but not too bad.

Comfortable and practical room. On site dryer came in handy when we got caught in a rain storm. My family liked the pool and fire pit.

Room was clean, comfortable, updated. Price was great and motel close to Gorham. The only complaint we have is that the shower was cold. We had to take cold showers and I see after looking at the reviews that others mentioned the same thing. Thanks!

The property has new owners and, they and their staff, made every effort to make our stay comfortable and they responded immediately to any concerns we had. However, through no fault of theirs due to the recent purchase, the property has much repair work to be completed before I'd give it five stars. It is in a convenient and beautiful location and I've no doubt will be back to it's former glory ASAP!
