"Office was closed and motel sign off when arrived late. When agent finally agreed to honor reservation , my request for ground floor had not been made. Room provided on ground floor had dirt on window ledge . TV remote dud not work. I was in need of a place to sleep but you get what you oay for. "

"Very nice Best Western it's one of the newer ones comfortable bed friendly staff good parking lot plenty of lighting plenty of hot water good internet decent bathrooms comfortable bed no issues although it was expensive due to all the business Travelers"
