1/5 Terrible
"When you pay for a service and it’s 25 degrees outside and you get back to hotel after a long day at show you expect to have a room that the temperature is adequate to get a good nights sleep.
The air conditioning was not yet operational.
When I asked reception they told me it was not possible.
So 5 sweaty nights sleeping with window opened.
On the last morning at 7am there was no hot water. So I had to take a cold shower.
I understand energy costs are hi in Italy but trying to save but cutting a/c and hot water is ridiculous!"
