"We spent almost three hours looking for our accomodation. None of the locals knew where it was and despite being informed over email that 'my unit would be guaranteed with law arrivals' it was not. "A great hotel with great facilities. The change rooms / amenities area was fabulous even down to provided blow dryers. Fantastic pool area, very well kept. We had a club room on level 7 with complimentary nibbles, soft drink, tea and coffee throughout the day and evening. The afternoon tea included three choices of hot food , and a variety of sandwiches. Complimentary happy hour also included three choices of hot food and assorted finger food. Great services from all staff encountered"

"We checked-in to suite at Cinnamon life City of Dreams for two nights on our vacation. Cleanliness in the suite was excellent and the bed was very comfortable and a very quite atmosphere. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The Breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide spead. The pool was very clean and the pool staff was great. The Butler Service assigned for our suite was excellent too."
