"Parking felt secure thanks to the bright outdoor lighting that keeps the cars well‑lit throughout the night. The rooms have a great updated look. The only downside was the bathroom — it had a funky odor and didn’t seem as clean as the rest of the space. Great location. "

"Breakfast was nice and the lady, Jeanine I believe her name was, is amazing and so nice. She made sure we have everything in breakfast and was very attentive. The stay was nice, but they had a pool incident were it was closed at 4 pm and not open until the next day, at the time they closed, we spoke to the supervisor as we were upset and didn’t know why it was closed. The supervisor, Nate, wasn’t very nice talking to us and the first thing that came out of his mouth was that we can leave if we want. This made us very upset. He doesn’t have good customer service. We spoke to the manager the next day, and he apologized and was nice. If it wasn’t for that supervisor interaction, it would have been a great stay. The pool is heated and is open all day and the hotel is 10 minutes away from the beach, so it’s great. "

"This is supposed to be a high end hotel but they need to improve on the details, Asked for a late check out at 11.30 and got a 11.15 answer??, paid $40 for valet and they game a another car and had to figure out where mine was, got a coffee and they have run out of lids, reserved a regular room and got a accessible room and no one told me at check in. Just details but when you are paying big bucks you expect something different."
